    Owens River Gorge Closure from 04-24 June 2025

    Heads up, climbers! From June 04–24, 2025, the Owens River Gorge will be closed to public access due to high water releases by LADWP, in partnership with CA Fish & Wildlife and Mono County.

    Closed Area: Long Valley Dam to Control Gorge Power Plant

    There will be higher-than-normal water levels throughout the gorge. Please respect the closure and stay safe!
