Eastside Sports (“we,” “our,” or “us”) offers a Customer Appreciation Program (“the Program”) in which members earn 5% cash back on every purchase, issued as in-store credit, in exchange for providing certain personal information. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, your rights under California law, and how to withdraw from the Program at any time.

When you sign up for the Program, we collect the following personal information:

Value of the Consumer Data

The benefit provided (5% back) is reasonably related to the value of the personal information you provide, consistent with the cost of managing and issuing rewards.

How to Opt In

Enrollment is voluntary. You may sign up at our store or through an official signup form.

If you withdraw, you will not lose access to regular shopping, standard pricing, or non-member services. Any unredeemed in-store credit may be forfeited according to Program terms.

• Improve program administration

We store personal information securely and retain it only as long as necessary for Program operation or as required by law.
