    • Store Return Policy

    Merchandise can be returned within 30 days of the receipt date, for any reason so long as the following are true:

    • The item(s) are in new condition, with all packaging and original tags undamaged. 
    • The original receipt, or a copy, is included with the return.
    • Purchaser pays return shipping. 
    • If items have been used or worn they are not eligible for return
    • Life safety climbing equipment is not returnable. 
    • Upon receipt of your returned item(s) we will evaluate them against the above list and issue refund to the purchasing credit card within five days of receipt of the product. 

    If you need to return an item because we made a mistake, or the item arrived with a defect, then we will pay the return shipping. In these circumstances please call the store for return shipping information. 760-873-7520.
