We strive to ship in-stock items the day of your order if we receive the order prior to 2pm Pacific Time. At the very latest, they go out the next day (or the next postal business day in case of Sundays or holidays). The post office and other delivery services usually only have one truck out of Bishop per day (due to its remoteness) so please understand that this can result in shipping taking one day longer than from other locations on the west coast depending on when we receive your order.
General:
- Standard Shipping is $9.95 for orders under $100.00 and free for orders over $100.00. This is generally about 3-5 business days.*
- Express Shipping is available for $29.95 on all orders.*
Special:
- Crash Pads: The above rates do not apply to the purchase and shipping of crash pads. Any purchase of crash pads due to their size (and sometimes their weight) will incur a shipping rate of $40 per crash pad.
- Rental Items: All rental items are available only for "in-store pickup". Please select this option at checkout. If there are any other items in your cart at the time of your checkout, they will only have the option of "in-store pickup" as well. If you would like to make a rental reservation and also purchase items online with shipping to your home address, you will need to make two separate transactions at the moment. One for the rental reservation and the other for the items you want to purchase and ship.
