Store Shipping Policy

We strive to ship in-stock items the day of your order if we receive the order prior to 11am Pacific Time. At the very latest, they go out the next day (or the next postal business day in case of Sundays or holidays). The post office and other delivery services usually only have one truck out of Bishop per day (due to its remoteness) so please understand that this can result in shipping taking one day longer than from other locations on the west coast depending on when we receive your order.

General:

• Standard Shipping is $5.99 for orders $100.00 and under. Orders over $100.00 (except for oversized items which have a oversize shipping surcharge) ship for free. This is generally about 3-5 business days.*
• Certain items allow for USPS Priority and Priority Express shipping which can range from $15-30 depending on the size and/or quantity of the item(s).

Special:

• Crash Pads: The above rates do not apply to the purchase and shipping of crash pads. Any purchase of crash pads due to their size (and sometimes their weight) will incur a shipping rate of $40 per crash pad.
• Climbing Ropes: Due to the weight of the ropes, odd shape, and also the importance of them not being affected while shipping, there is a $9.99 shipping rate for the rope.
• Rental Items: All rental items are available only for "in-store pickup". Please select this option at checkout. If there are any other items in your cart at the time of your checkout, they will only have the option of "in-store pickup" as well. If you would like to make a rental reservation and also purchase items online with shipping to your home address, you will need to make two separate transactions at the moment. One for the rental reservation and the other for the items you want to purchase and ship.
