All gear rented by Eastside Sports is done in accordance with the following policy:

Statements and Conditions
- The customer accepts for use, as is, the equipment provided to them and listed on the rental agreement which they sign when picking up the gear.
- The customer accepts full responsibility for the care of the equipment while it is in their possession.
- Rental equipment is to only be used for normal recreation and for the purpose for which the equipment is designed to be used. It is the responsibility of the customer to understand how to use the equipment they rent.
- All rentals must be paid for using a credit card.
- The customer agrees that their credit card will be charged for the original and potentially additional rental fees, per the following conditions:
- Eastside Sports will be reimbursed at full retail cost for any lost, damaged, or stolen items, or if the equipment is returned in an unusable condition.
- The equipment must be in clean condition on the agreed upon date to avoid any additional charges.
- All items returned after the due date will be billed for each additional day they are late.
- Rental items returned early may be refunded for the unused days minus one day.
- Cancellations of online rental reservations have until 7 calendar days prior to the reservation start date to cancel and receive a full refund.

Acknowledgement and Acceptance of Risk
- The customer understands that there are inherent and other risks involved in the outdoor sports for which this equipment is to be used and that injuries are a common and ordinary occurrence of the sports, and the customer freely accepts those risks. The customer hereby releases Eastside Sports, Inc. and its employees from any and all liability for damage and/or injury to any person or property resulting from the selection and use of this equipment. The customer accepts for themselves the full responsibility of any and all such damage or injury resulting from the use of this equipment. The customer will have inspected the equipment and find it to be in satisfactory working condition. The customer understands and accept all of the above statements and conditions.
