We are a work hard, play hard team who like to be in the mountains just as much as we enjoy helping people get into the mountains.  Slogging up that peak or pass, hanging from a cliff on all day multi-pitch climb, or just camping with our best friends is our passion.  We were once beginners so we understand if you are too.  Our goal is to give our fellow adventurers great advice and provide them with high quality gear so they and their loved ones can go do the same fun things that we do ourselves on our days off.

We are always willing to talk to prospective employees who have a passion for the outdoors, know outdoor equipment, and enjoy providing excellent customer service. That said, we are a small store with a great staff, most of whom have been here for many years so openings are usually available only in the spring (March - May) in advance of the busy summer season. Openings do occasionally come up in the off seasons though so never hesitate to make your interest known via the process below! We read and respond to all resumes no matter when they are received.
