Consignment Policy

At Eastside Sports, we saw the need for more cost-friendly clothing items as prices/tariffs rose dramatically in early 2025. Accordingly, we expanded our business to offer a small selection of high-quality, gently used outdoor and active lifestyle clothing on consignment. We aim to provide our customers with trusted apparel that reflects our standards for performance, durability, and style.

The standard consignment agreement is attached here for your reference. We will provide a copy for you to sign when you come into the store your first time.

Per the agreement, any persons whose items are accepted for consignment will receive 75% of the sale amount in back via check or 80% of the sale amount in store credit - the choice is yours.

Come to the front register and the staff will assist you with the inspection and acceptance process.

All items accepted for consignment are security tagged - which means no one is walking out with it without having paid for it (hopefully)! This is not standard in the consignment world but reflects our desire to carry quality stuff, just with more options at a lower price point for our fellow adventurers.

Item Requirements

To maintain quality, all items must be:

• Clean, odor-free, and freshly laundered
• Free of stains, holes, tears, excessive wear, or pet hair
• Seasonally appropriate (e.g., winter gear in fall/winter)

Items not meeting these standards will be declined and only accepted at the discretion and approval of the owners.
