Designed for running shoes with a minimal drop, this wicking, thermo-moldable insole adds arch support and extra comfort to every step. Though these are lower profile than the black ones they are not 'low profile'. We find they take up more space in the shoe than most stock footbeds, though as they form to your foot they do lose a bit of volume. 

• A cushioned and supportive custom fit insole (5mm thick)
• PRFRM thermo-moldable top layer and thermoplastic shank flex to support the foot's natural range of motion
• Enhances the performance of any footwear
• Unisex Sizing Note: Order size 4 for M4/W5, order size 5 for M5/W6, ect...
• Uses: Trail Running, Running / Training
• Can be easily trimmed - just use the outline of the insole that you are replacing and trim with a scissors or sharp knife. 

Thought they can be thermo molded they do not need to be, and will take on the shape of your foot after a week or two's use.
