While it's been plenty cold enough for ice to form, there has been less water available to form many of the formations. Lee Vining Canyon has ice forming on all the main areas but Chouinard Falls has only somewhat thick lines. In Lundy Canyon Three Wise Men was in, but with thin ice near the top. June Lake, Horsetail Falls was looking good before all the recent snow fell.
